At The Quantum Mind, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products (Apparel & Accessories): We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at thequantummind@outlook.com with your order number.

Digital Products (Journals, eBooks, Trackers): Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thequantummind@outlook.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
